This will ensure that people will be able to recognize the top variant from afar.

The new Maruti Swift comes with a brand-new 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Z12E petrol engine with mild hybrid technology. It produces 82 PS and 112 Nm of peak power and torque. There are options of choosing between either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The biggest talking point of the new Swift is the unbelievable mileage of 25.75 kmpl with AMT and 24.8 kmpl with manual transmission. The prices range from Rs 6.49 lakh to Rs 9.65 lakh, ex-showroom.
