Royal Enfield is going to showcase the BS-6 lineup at the 2020 Auto Expo, which will include the majorly updated 350cc motorcycles. The 500cc motorcycles will soon sea a dead end as RE plans to discontinue them post-April 2020.
A couple of months back, we told you that Royal Enfield is soon going to offer alloy wheels on the Classic series. Now, reports come in suggesting that the BS-6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will get alloy wheels and new colours as well.
The BS-6 Classic 350 will get the Stealth Black and Chrome colour added. The same colours come on the Classic 500, which will be discontinued. Further, the Stealth Black and Gun Metal Grey colours will be available with alloy wheels as an option.
Further, the Stealth Black will also get new stickers on the fuel tank and battery box. The Chrome colour option will only come with spoke wheels and not alloy wheels. Other than that, the Classic 350 comes in Black, Signals Edition, Redditch Blue, Redditch Green, Redditch Red and Gun Metal Grey.
The alloy wheels for the Royal Enfield Classic will be factory-fitted with an individual warranty. The 650 Twins will also get new alloy wheels as an accessory. As of now, the Thunderbird X series are the only RE models with alloys.
BS-6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will mainly get fuel injection system as standard. The 346cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine will undergo some changes to produce more power and torque. In its current version, the engine produces 19 BHP and 28 Nm of peak torque.
Other mechanical changes include a new frame, addition of a digital speedometer and some cosmetic upgrades as well. All these changes will come on the Bullet 350 and Thunderbird 350 as well.
