He recognized that the piddly bike has a VIP number plate. It reads 0009. We know that numbers between 0001 and 0010 are VIP numbers in addition to some other special sequences. RTOs charge a healthy premium if you wish to buy these numbers. That is why we see so many celebs and people with expensive cars with such numbers.

However, you would hardly ever see a VIP number plate on a budget motorcycle. The man who posted this video goes on the internet and finds out that the price of the TVS XL 100, in its latest iteration is around Rs 53,000. On the other hand, the price of the VIP number plate 0009 is a whopping Rs 3 lakh. This is completely bizarre that a person would buy a number plate that is almost 6 times the price of the bike. Needless to say, this took the netizens by storm. They expressed their opinions in the comments. Some of them even mentioned that these prices are for four-wheelers and not two-wheelers.
