Updated 2024 Skoda Kushaq and Slavia
As per the official press release, Skoda now offers 6 airbags as standard for all variants of the 2024 Kushaq and Slavia. Remember, Skoda Kushaq and Slavia already scored 5 stars for the Adult and Child Occupant Protection categories in October 2022 and April 2023, respectively. In fact, the MQB A0 IN is the first made-in-India platform to score dual 5-stars at the updated Global NCAP (New Car Assessment Program). The MY2024 models now already get electric seats for driver and co-driver (first-in-segment), an illuminated footwell area, and a 10-inch infotainment display from mid-level trims along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Speaking on this occasion, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, Petr Janeba said, “Safety has always been intrinsic to the Å koda DNA. We were the first brand to score a full 5-stars for adults and children under the Global NCAP tests. Our emphasis on safety embodies our Human Touch approach, and underscores our focus on being a family brand. We always offered frontal airbags in our base variants and six in our higher variants, each as safe as the other. As part of our MY24 updates, we now offer six airbags across all variants of the Kushaq and Slavia. We are always listening to our customers and shall continue to provide relevant upgrades and significant product actions within our product portfolio and our variant line-up.”
