Regulars here are likely to remember that we recently talked about a brand-new Compass that suffered from a front suspension failure while on its way home from the dealership. Thanks to this incident, Jeep India drew a lot of flak for selling a sub-standard product in spite of the premium pricing. Now, however, the company has announced that it will replace the aggrieved customer’s vehicle with a brand-new vehicle totally free of cost. We applaud this move and feel that such measures go a long way in improving the brand image of a company.

As per him, this incident happened just 3 hrs/172 kms after taking the delivery.
