2013 Tata Nano, Indigo eCS and 3 More New Cars Announced By Tata

Tata Motors has unveiled five new cars today, the first time any Indian company has done so many launches simultaneously. The cars include 2013 Tata car models in India including new 2013 Tata Nano, the Indigo eCS, the Sumo Gold, the Indica eV2 and the Safari Storme. The updates to these cars include new paint options and decals, redesigned exteriors, improved suspension for rideability and comfort, new multimedia entertainment options and the introduction of the Feather-shift gearbox. The company also unveiled the CNG versions of the Indica, Indigo and the Nano. The showcased cars will be launched in phased manner within 3 months.

Updated on September 17, 2012: As per the latest updates from our fellow blog IAB, the Nano CNG will launch sooner than we expected. As per their report, thee Tata Nano with factory fitted CNG kit will launch before Diwali which is in November 2012. The Nano CNG will give Tata Motors some additional volumes as running cost of petrol cars is quite high even with a mileage of 20 KMPL. Tata Motors showcased Tata Nano CNG-Petrol Dual Fuel concept car at the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi India. The Tata Nano CNG will be launched in India by March 2013 in India as per some trusted sources. The car can run on either CNG or Petrol at a time. Tata is busy evolving its Tata Nano series with Tata Nano CNG variant on the cards which was recently spotted in Pune and now news is coming that the major has announced of rolling out the much speculated Tata Nano Diesel by the year 2012.
