In a new TVC, it is shown that the 2019 Bajaj Dominar will also be available in Red and Silver colour options. The other options include Black and Green.

Bajaj Dominar recently got some major updates, that are meant to offer a better ride and improved performance. Priced at Rs 1.73 Lakhs (ex-showroom), it is only costlier than the older model by Rs 10,000.

At the time of launch, the 2019 Bajaj Dominar was only available in Green and Black colour options. Now, a new TVC shows that it will also be available in Shining Red and Silver.

It now comes with four colour options to chose from. The earlier model was also available in Red and Black, but also had a White colour option.

The new Dominar gets mechanical as well as visual changes. It gets new Upside-Down forks at the front, replacing the conventional telescopic forks. A rear monoshock absober is retained.

2019 Bajaj Dominar continues with the same 373cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine, but gets some revisions. The motor now delivers 39 BHP and 35 Nm of peak torque, instead of the 35 BHP earlier. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Reports suggest that the new model is more refined and better in performance. The older model used to create a lot of vibrations at the mid-range as well as while sitting idle.

New features onboard include a revised digital console and inclusion of a new small digital readout atop the fuel tank. The readout displays information such as gear position, trip meter, clock and a couple of things more.

The braking system remains the same – front and rear discs with dual-ABS as standard fitment. The non-ABS variant was discontinued a couple of months back itself.

2019 Bajaj Dominar continues to compete with KTM Duke 250, Royal Enfield Classic 350, Mahindra Mojo and Jawa Motorcycles.
