2022 Hyundai Tucson Exterior & Interior

The fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson is the longest car in its segment, which makes it bigger than the Jeep Compass as well as the Citroen C5 Aircross. Itโ€™s also 150mm longer than the outgoing model, while its aesthetics are thoroughly revamped to give it a unique distinct identity. Based on the carmakerโ€™s โ€˜Sensuous Sportinessโ€™ design, the design of the new SUV is modern and rather flamboyant. The highlight is the parametric grille which contains the hidden DRLs. Through this arrangement, the lighting elements look like a part of the grille when not in use but give the SUV a signature look when lit up. Other highlights of the design include flared wheel arches, sophisticated 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, LED taillamps with hidden elements, a hidden rear wiper, a rear spoiler, and more.

Inside, the 2022 Hyundai Tucson looks and feels as modern and upmarket as it does on the outside. The interior has a dual-tone light-grey-black color theme which gives it a very rich look. The dashboard holds a 10.24-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, while even the instrument cluster is a fully digital 10.25-inch full-TFT screen. Even the aircon controls are touch-sensitive, while other highlights include Bluelink, panoramic sunroof, Diffused airflow, et al. Other standard features include a 10-way electrically adjustable electric driver’s seat, 64-colour ambient lighting, wireless smartphone charger, 8-speaker BOSE audio system, Drive and Terrain response models, Blind Sport Monitoring System, 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, Downhill Brake Control, TPMS, front and rear parking sensors, TPMS, reverse camera and rain-sensing wipers.
