It may be noted here that the X6 in question is a diesel variant, which makes it illegal to be used in Delhi-NCR. Diesel vehicles more than 10 years old need to compulsorily be scrapped in Delhi-NCR. However, one can acquire an NOC prior to completion of 10 years and sell his car outside the National Capital Region. This is how Rakhi’s X6 has landed in Mumbai and is usable there. Rakhi is a prominent celebrity who often finds herself in controversies and a theme of online trolling. She remains a consistent presence at various public events, including award ceremonies and other commitments. Rakhi Sawant Gets BMW X6
This video comes from Bollywood Clap on YouTube. It captures an entire press conference of her appearance in Mysore city. At the beginning of this video, she is standing outside the building where the event will take place. Behind her, we see a car wrapped in red cloth. She interacts with the media personnel. They ask her a few questions. She gladly and boldly answers these and poses for a few photographs. Finally, the wraps are taken off to reveal a white used BMW X6. It is the 2008 model. She confirms that this is not a gift but a payment for her appearance in the latest song.

This is quite an old model luxury SUV. Back in 2008, it used to come powered by a potent 3.0-litre twin-turbo inline-6 engine generating a decent 300 hp of peak power. This engine was mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with a manual mode for personal control. The gearbox powers all four wheels lending it decent off-roading capabilities. Bearing a coupe body type, the cargo capacity is a colossal 725 litres and the fuel tank can hold 85 litres. It used to have a length of around 4.87 m and a wheelbase of 2.93 m. The price in India was around Rs 78 lakh, ex-showroom.
