The prominent Indian design house, DC, has come up with a rather opulent iteration of the already luxurious Toyota Vellfire. DC is a company created by Dilip Chhabria. He is an experienced automobile designer. His company is arguably the biggest and the best Indian car modification firm. It has been able to transform all sorts of vehicles, ranging from budget hatchbacks to premium luxury cars. This latest case belongs to the latter. Let us take a look at the details of this heavily customized Toyota Vellfire premium MPV.

The details of this special Vellfire stem from DC2 Dilip Chhabria on YouTube. Firstly, the viewers get to witness the exterior. In all fairness, DC has done a commendable job of accentuating its already impressive fascia with a generous use of chrome elements. Similarly, the rear profile boasts a solid chrome slab connecting the LED taillamps. However, what excites me is the cabin. As soon as you slide the door, an immensely opulent cabin emerges. Unlike the regular version of the vehicle, this one gets two captain seats in the second row and the third row has been completely eliminated.
Hence, the rear seats feature lounge couches with reclining backrests, extended thigh support, chrome inserts on the armrests and more. In fact, there are electronically operated components like a sliding table between the rear seats, a fridge for cool beverages, ambient lighting, a colossal TV, extended headrests, wireless charging, a retractable centre console for the rear passengers, storage spaces on the door panels, and the use of beige interior colour theme gives the occupants a sense of premium treatment. All in all, this has to be among the best customizations by DC on a Toyota Vellfire.
Our View
I am an admirer of aftermarket car modifications if they are done tastefully without breaking the law. Unfortunately, most car modifications are illegal in India. Hence, one has to tread this line very carefully. Thankfully, the rules pertaining to the exterior are much more stringent than for the interior. This allows people to get the cabin of their cars altered as they please. I believe that is the best part since you get to experience the new amenities yourself as opposed to aesthetic enhancements on the exterior which are there for others to see.
