Mahindra BE 6 with Yellow Wrap

We often come across enticing iterations of prominent cars from the aftermarket players

In this post, we glance at the specifics of a rather intriguing Mahindra BE 6 with an enticing yellow wrap. BE 6 represents the new-age breed of EVs from the Indian automobile giant. Mahindra has been having a great time on the sales charts in recent years. However, it demonstrated something truly world-class with its XEV and BE range of EVs. Still, some people like to head to the car shops to get customizations to make their cars stand out from the crowd. This is one such example.

Mahindra BE 6 With Yellow Wrap

We are able to experience this unique Mahindra BE 6 courtesy of yellowghost_6666 and robo.bytes on Instagram. The visuals capture the stunning electric coupe SUV with a bright yellow wrap. I must admit that the colour certainly enhances the sporty appearance of the EV. In addition to the neat wrap, the contrasting gloss black elements further accentuate the road presence of the SUV. In fact, the yellow colour goes well with the black bumper, side body claddings, wheel arches, and bonnet. Overall, this has to be among the best-looking avatars of the Mahindra BE 6 I have come across in recent times.

Furthermore, the EV is based on the INGLO platform and comes with two battery packs – 59 kWh and 79 kWh. The power and torque figures range from 228 hp / 380 Nm for the smaller battery to 281 hp / 380 Nm for the larger one. More importantly, Mahindra claims a range of 535 km and 682 km (550 km on WLTP) on a single charge, respectively. Using a 175 kWh DC fast charger, the larger battery pack goes from 20% to 80% in a mere 20 minutes. One can choose between three drive modes – Range, Everyday and Race. With the latter, the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration comes up in just 6.7 seconds. The EV retails between Rs 18.90 lakh and Rs 26.90 lakh, ex-showroom.
