Hyundai Venue Base Model HX 2 Detailed in Walkaround Video

The new compact SUV has already been launched by the Korean auto giant with loads of new-age amenities and a modern styling

The latest video from TeamAutoTrend showcases the base HX 2 trim of the newly launched Hyundai Venue. It starts at Rs 7.90 lakh for the petrol and Rs 9.70 lakh, ex-showroom, for the diesel, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious buyers. At the front, we see LED DRLs along with halogen projector headlamps and the black grille in the middle. I like the sturdy skid plate on the bumper. Moving down the sides reveals rugged wheel arches with black body claddings, 16-inch steel wheels with diesel and 15-inch with petrol with distinct wheel covers, body-coloured ORVMs, solid side body panels and textured quarter glass with Venue badging. Finally, the tail end contains a shark fin antenna, LED taillamps with black glass panel connecting them, bumper-mounted turn indicators and reflector lights with reverse lamps located below on the skid plate of the bumper. The roof-mounted spoiler completes the exterior appearance.

On the inside, the Hyundai Venue HX 2 base model is fairly well equipped. Some of the top amenities include fabric upholstery, new Morse Code steering wheel with controls, a dual 12.3-inch display (driver’s instrument cluster and infotainment system), black door panels, all four power windows, electronically adjustable ORVMs, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth Connectivity, manual AC, multiple USB ports for front and rear, cup holders, rear AC vents, manual IRVM, separate cabin lamps for front and rear, 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, a decent boot space, 15-inch spare wheel, etc. It is evident that even this base model comes with most amenities that any owner would need. This certainly makes it an incredible value-for-money.

New 2025 Hyundai Venue Base & Top Model Spied in Full Glory

Last updated on 05.11.2025 – The new 2025 Hyundai Venue has finally been launched in India. Here, we have two separate instances of the new Venue seen at the dealership stockyard. The white-coloured SUV gets projector headlamps, steel wheels with stylish covers, a broad grille at the front, and a rugged skid plate. The side section contains massive cladding around the wheel arches and side body panels to lend it an imposing road presence. On the inside, it comes with a dual-screen setup and the images also showcase a sunroof in the base trim. Clearly, the Korean auto giant wants to leave no stone unturned to attract new buyers. The introductory prices start at Rs 7.90 lakh and go up to Rs 15.51 lakh, ex-showroom.

On the other hand, the second video clip takes us inside the new and fresh cabin of the 2025 Hyundai Venue. I must admit one feels like he/she is sitting inside a car from a segment above. The new steering wheel has been inspired by the premium EVs from Hyundai. Additionally, it gets multimedia controls. However, the biggest talking point has to be the colossal dual (12.3-inch + 12.3-inch) Curved Panoramic Display for instrument cluster and infotainment. Other bits include an electronic parking brake, new door handles and AC vents, dual-tone interior theme, paddle shifters (w/ automatic transmission), 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS, and many new-age amenities. Clearly, the new Venue is bound to make the competitors worried with what’s it will be offering.

New 2025 Hyundai Venue Base Model Spied on Test

Updated on 27.10.2025 – The new 2025 Hyundai Venue has been spotted in its base trim. The video stems from Anurag Choudhary on YouTube. The visuals capture a heavily camouflaged compact SUV plying on a busy road. Look closely and you will recognize the tail lamps barely visible through the cover. The host mentions that this is the base model since the turn indicators are mounted on the bumper, whereas in the top trim, these are integrated inside the LED taillamps with sequential function. That is the biggest giveaway that this is the base trim.

Apart from that, it is clear that the wheel design in the base version will be completely. In fact, we will most likely see steel wheels on lower variants and alloy wheels on the higher versions. What is quite interesting is the fact that the shark fin antenna and roof rails might be similar across the range. However, the other differences will include the ADAS equipment at the rear and front along with the 360-degree camera on the higher variants. Finally, I am intrigued to see if there will be any difference in the lighting at the front including LED DRLs and headlamps in different trim levels. More details will emerge at the launch on November 4.

Next-Gen Hyundai Venue Spied Alongside Tata Nexon Ahead of Imminent Launch

Last updated on 23.10.2025 – The next-gen Hyundai Venue was spotted testing yet again. Note that the launch date is October 24, 2025. Venue is one of the most successful products in this category. That is especially impressive since this is one of the most crowded spaces in our market. We have cars from just about every major car marque in this segment. The Korean auto giant ensures that it equips its products with all the bells and whistles to attract new customers. There is no reason to believe that the new-gen Venue will be any different. Let us take a look at the details here.

Next-Gen Hyundai Venue Spied Alongside Tata Nexon

This video has been doing the rounds on the internet for the last few hours. An SUV with a heavy black covering is seen plying on the road amidst dense traffic. Look closely and the silhouette gives away its identity. The roof rails, the new alloy wheels and the familiar side section inform that it is the upcoming next-gen Venue. I also believe the fenders and other body panels are almost identical to the existing model. At the rear, we get a glimpse of the sleek LED taillamps, a shark fin antenna and a sporty bumper. Unfortunately, the front fascia of the compact SUV is not visible in this video.

On the inside, while this video doesn’t give away too much information, we can safely assume that the SUV will continue to get all the latest tech, connectivity, convenience and safety amenities. This even includes active and passive safety functionalities. Apart from that, I don’t suppose there will be any changes to the powertrain and transmission options. This includes a turbo petrol, a naturally aspirated petrol and a diesel mill, with manual and automatic gearboxes. More details will emerge at the launch event.

My View

With more cars joining this segment, brands must make sure their models stand out in price, features, tech, and safety. The Venue has been strong in all these areas since launch. That is why it ranks among the top compact SUVs in India. In the future, the Korean brand must keep it updated to draw fresh buyers. We will know more details in the coming months.
