Therefore, in an age of flashy elements and large screens, these RCJ electric scooters are a breath of fresh air.
Delving into the specification, these scooters are built for city commutes with a range of around 60-80 km on a single charge. The top speed is rated at 40 km/h from a hub-mounted BLDC motor, generating 250 W. Powering the electric motor is a 1.54 kWh and a 2.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Using a portable charger, the charging takes 3 hours. Furthermore, the EV has hydraulic dampers for suspension at both ends and drum brakes to take care of braking. However, the most enticing aspect of these scooters is the price tag of Rs 70,000. That makes it a great option for all those who want to experience an electric scooter at an attractive price.

Having observed the rapid growth of the EV industry in India, I believe retrofitting could become an important parallel ecosystem alongside brand-new electric vehicles. For many buyers, especially in smaller cities and towns, converting an existing scooter into an EV makes far more financial sense than purchasing a completely new model.
