The video has been uploaded by a YouTuber where he explains how to convert this TVS-powered bike into a Bullet. He mentions that the engine and chassis could be used from your old bike along with the suspension system. In this case, it comes from a TVS product. You could buy original RE spare parts to complete the conversion. The engine and chassis of an old Bajaj Discover could cost around Rs 10,000. This includes mudguards (Rs 2,000), turn indicators (Rs 800), headlight (Rs 2,000), ORVMs (Rs 600), various covers for headlights, taillights, etc (Rs 1,700), horn (Rs 450), fuel tank (Rs 2,200), silencer (Rs 2,200), tyre cover rear (Rs 1,700) and front (Rs 1,800), handle switches (Rs 800), instrument meter (Rs 1,800), key unit (Rs 1,300), small meter (Rs 450), battery (Rs 2,000), coil (Rs 1,100).

Adding all this amounts to around Rs 35,000. Then you will need to get the bike painted. The labour charges will have to be added to this figure as well. In the end, the total will be somewhere around Rs 45,000-50,000. While a new Royal Enfield Bullet costs between Rs 1.45 lakh and Rs 1.60 lakh, ex-showroom, this could be had for around 1/3rd of that amount. For people whose priority is budget, this could be a great alternative to owning the original RE Bullet. Let us know in the comments if the cost of this Royal Enfield Bullet with the TVS engine is justified or not.
