The thick snow can cause the roads to get blocked and the traffic to come to a standstill. As a result, one has to clear all the snow on the vehicle before undertaking a journey in the car during the snow season.

That is exactly what the YouTuber shows in this short video clip as well. By law, you are not allowed to have snow on the roof or bonnet of your car. Failing to comply with this rule will result in heavy fines in form of challans by the cops. The reason is pretty straightforward. If you are travelling with snow atop the roof of your car, after attaining a certain speed, it would fly around due to strong winds. This could cause temporary blindness for the driver moving behind the car. As a result, the chances of an accident increase tremendously.
