Biker Stops To Wear Helmet After Watching Fake Cop Car
This reel has been going viral on Instagram. The visuals capture a man riding a motorcycle without his helmet. At a distance, he perceives a cop car along with the traffic police personnel standing in the middle of a junction. Acting cleverly and swiftly, the man stops his bike before reaching the supposed cop and wears his helmet. Thereafter, he continues to ride ahead. As soon as he crosses the alleged cop car and the Police personnel, he realizes that it is just a cardboard cut-out mimicking the cop car on the side of the road.
The aim is to make road users aware of the presence of the Traffic Police. In that way, most people follow traffic regulations vehemently until the authority is in view. Anyway, this visual turns hysterical once the biker crosses the board and understands the entire layout. In all honesty, this is a great way to fool drivers to make them follow traffic rules. Unfortunately, once the drivers know this, this won’t be an effective strategy for a long period of time.

This might be a funny instance, but it narrates the state of traffic law and order in our country. People don’t follow traffic rules for their own safety but just to prevent challans. That is a terrible reason to follow regulations. It is critical to make people aware that road safety will help them safeguard their lives. In fact, we lose lakhs of lives each year in road accidents. Most of these would’ve been prevented had the people been following traffic protocols. Let us pledge to be responsible road users and adhere to these laws strictly. Also, we must report the ones who are flouting these to the authorities so that appropriate action can be taken against them.
