Hyundai Adds New Corporate Edition Variant to Grand i10 Nios!

Hyundai has added a new Corporate edition variant to the Grand i10 Nios lineup. This new variant sits above the mid-spec Magna variant and gets several cosmetic and features upgrade over the Magna trim.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios is one of the company’s best selling models and Hyundai has added yet another variant to the already expansive variant list of the Grand i10 Nios. Hyundai has added a new special edition, dubbed the Corporate variant, of the Grand i10 Nios for the festive season. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Corporate Edition is priced from Rs 6.10 lakh to Rs 7.19 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).

While we are stillย awaiting an official launch from the company, this information has surfaced through a leaked online brochure. The new Corporate edition sits just above the mid-spec Magna variant and it gets a few additional features along with some cosmetic upgrades as well. The most noticeable change of them on the exterior are the new 15-inch gunmetal-styled alloy wheels.

You also get several ‘Corporate’ badgings around the car, announcing that it’s a special edition model. There are also a few important features addition on the inside over the mid-spec Magna variant. The most pleasing feature upgrade is a new 6.75-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Other additions include ย electric folding ORVMs with turn indicators, and a plug-in air purifier that slots into the cupholder.

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios has three engine options โ€“ the 1.2L, naturally aspirated, four cylinder engine produces 83bhp and 113Nm of peak torque. Thereโ€™s a smaller 1.0L, three-cylinder engine with turbocharging that produces 100bhp and 172Nm of peak torque. The diesel engine is also a 1.2L unit and produces 75bhp and 190Nm of peak torque. The 1.2L petrol and diesel engine have options of both a manual and a AMT gearbox while the turbo-petrol engine solely comes with the 5-speed manual gearbox.

The Grand i10 Nios is one of best equipped cars in its segment. Top-spec variants of the Nios gets features like an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 5.3-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, a four-speaker Arkamys sound system, a cooled glove box, wireless charging, keyless entry with push-button start/stop, leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, rear AC vents, a rear parking camera, electrically adjustable ORVMS and much more.
