Hyundai Aura To Come In 12 Variants – Complete Details

The bookings for Hyundai Aura have commenced ahead of its launch on 21st January and here are the details of the variants that it will come in.

Hyundai is going to launch the Aura sub-4-metre sedan this month. It is based on the Xcent and will gradually replace it, the latter only available for the commercial market. Aura has already been unveiled and its bookings have also commenced.

Hyundai Aura will be available in 12 variants with options of three engines. Along with the BS-6 petrol and diesel engines, it also sports Venue’s 1.0 Litre turbo-charged petrol engine, heavily detuned for its dimensions. Here are the variants that Hyundai Aura comes in:

As seen, only the top-end SX+ variant will get the 1.0 Litre turbo petrol engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Petrol-CNG combo will cone on the S variant only. The base variant will only come with a petrol engine, while the diesel engine comes from the variant after that.

The 1.2 Litre petrol engine is capable of producing 83 BHP and 113 Nm of peak torque. The diesel engine produces 74 BHP and 190 Nm of torque. The turbo petrol unit is tuned to produce 100 BHP and 172 Nm of peak torque.

To differentiate between the turbo-petrol variants, it might get different colour options and different upholstery as well. The higher-end variants will come with diamond cut alloy wheels, projector headlamps, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs and many more styling bits.

Features onboard will include 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 5.3-inch digital speedometer with a multi-information display, Wireless Charging, First-in-segment Driver Rear View Monitor, Arkamys Sound System, Projector Headlamps, Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheels, Driver Seat Height Adjuster and much more.
