  • Mahindra TUV300 was a compact SUV that accommodated 7 people.
  • However, it was discontinued by Mahindra in the TUV300 guise and relaunched as Bolero Neo last year (2021).

A Mahindra TUV300 owner has reported some issues with a dealership in Bangalore. Mohammed Imran is a regular reader of Car Blog India. He has shared his predicament with us regarding the repair of his TUV300 T8’s automatic variant. He claims to be the first person to get this trim in Bangalore back when the SUV was on sale. In his words, he had massive confidence in the Mahindra brand. That is the reason he opted to buy this SUV. Mahindra is known for making rugged SUVs attracting tons of buyers in our market since time immemorial. But some local dealerships could turn the experience a bit sour for the owners at times. This is one such case.

Mahindra TUV300 Owner Shares Dealership Issues

In the information shared by Imran with us, it is mentioned that he has been driving the SUV for around 5 years. Since his daily running isn’t too high, he has clocked just 55,000 km. However, he faced an issue with the vehicle around 5 months ago. He took it to the Mahindra Anant Cars Service Centre in Bangalore. It was reported to him that the Actuator Block Assembly was broken and had to be reordered. However, the cost for that is around Rs 70,000. But the real problem cropped up when the dealership stopped responding to him ever since.

His car has been eating dust at the service centre for the past 5 months. He had to use cabs to cater to the medical emergencies in the family as well. Imran also tried contacting the higher officials at Mahindra to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, all of it didn’t yield any results.
