Minda Corporation appoints Ajay Agarwal as President – Finance & Strategy to lead financial planning, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives
Minda Corporation Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Agarwal as its new President – Finance & Strategy. The move is aimed at further strengthening the company’s financial leadership and strategic direction.
Mr. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 24 years of experience across diverse industries. Prior to this, he held the position of President – Finance and Strategy at Vedanta Limited. His career includes significant tenures at KPMG and PwC, with a focus on financial management, business transformation, and transaction execution.
