Next-Gen Toyota Etios Liva Based on New Maruti Swift

A prominent digital automobile artist has come up with a rather enticing iteration of the next-gen Toyota Etios Liva with inspiration from the New Maruti Swift. Swift is the latest entrant in our market and finds itself in its fourth generation. On the other hand, the Toyota Etios Liva is not available in India since 2020. Hence, a new generation version of the hatchback is long overdue. While there are currently no plans from Toyota to launch the Etios Liva in India, we can experience it in the virtual realm.

Next-Gen Toyota Etios Liva Based on New Maruti Swift

This post comes from SRK Designs on YouTube. The artist has taken great care to devise an interesting illustration of the Etios Liva. However, the resemblance with the new Swift is not lost on us. At the front, we witness the similar LED headlamp unit along with LED DRL which marks its presence on the new Swift. Apart from that, the grille area has been borrowed from various design elements of Toyota including the badging. The bumper is slightly tweaked to accommodate the fog lamps. There is a rugged skid plate area to accentuate its sportiness.

Moving to the sides reveals a silhouette copied directly from the Swift. It gets the black ORVMs, side pillars and roof. The characteristic crease commences from the front fender and carries on all the way around the door panels right up to the taillamps. Additionally, there are stylish alloy wheels which elevate the appearance of the side profile a lot. Unfortunately, the rear section of the car is not visible in this video. Still, we are able to get a vivid idea of what it could be like.

Our View

The best part I like about digital concepts is that they are not bound by physical limitations. In fact, they demonstrate the creativity an artist possesses. Also, it gives the viewers a chance to experience a regular car in a completely different avatar. That is what I really appreciate about such virtual renditions. I hope to keep reporting about more such digital concepts like the next-gen Toyota Etios Liva based on the new Maruti Swift.
