Roadside Worker Carving Grooves on a Worn-Out Tyre to Make it New

It is fascinating to see to what lengths some people are willing to go to, to scam people

A recent scam has surfaced where a roadside worker was spotted carving grooves on a worn-out tyre to make it appear new. We know that there are increasing number of scams all across the globe. These can range from large financial frauds to relatively basic but dangerous ones. Unfortunately, that is the kind of world we live in. In all honesty, the scammers have become creative to dupe people. For now, let us take a look at the details of this case.

Roadside Worker Carving Grooves on a Worn-Out Tyre to Make it New

This post stems from curiosity.feed_ on Instagram. The visuals showcase a rather unbelievable and slightly impressive occurrence. A man is sitting on the side of the road. As per the information in the video, this event seems to have transpired somewhere in South Asia. He is seen holding an old and worn-out tyre in his hands at the beginning of the video. However, in a matter of a few minutes, he starts carving out grooves on the rubber of the tyre. For this, he uses dedicated and sharp tools.

After spending some time, he meticulously crafts an impressive outcome. He is able to replicate the treads you would find in a brand new tyre. In fact, the final product looks so polished that it is almost impossible to tell it apart from a brand new tyre. The grooves have been marked in a very detailed manner. He is able to achieve this feat with his bear hands. While that aspect is certainly commendable, the results of such activities can prove to be fatal.

My View

Now, I must mention that such scams can not only drain someone financially but can also become a life-threatening activity. Tyre companies spend massive amounts of money on R&D while creating tyres. If one simply tries to create these grooves manually, the performance on the road will be affected severely. The rubber is already worn out and the vehicle can behave in an unexpected manner with such scammed tyres. This is a perfect recipe for disaster. I would like to advise our readers to be careful and vigilant about such questionable activities.
