The 2022 Tata Tiago CNG XT comes with an affordable price tag. But how good is the Tata Workshop Experience?
As fuel prices are increasing every month, a budget CNG car is a great option for many Indian users. The Tata Tiago is the most affordable car by the company. It was initially launched in 2016 in both petrol and diesel (discontinued by 2020) variants. Now, Tata has updated the Tiago with an optional CNG kit. It comes with several new features and design changes. The company claims that it will offer improved ride quality at an affordable cost. However, every car eventually runs into a problem and needs service. Let’s take a look at the Tata Workshop Experience of a Tata Tiago CNG owner.
As you can see in the YouTube video by DSD Cars, the new Tata Tiago CNG had a problem with light in the digital information cluster. The owner assumed that the issue was due to old software. Hence, the vehicle was taken to the service center. The whole Tata Workshop experience was captured. After checking the problem, the service center employee updated the software. The problem was resolved within a few minutes. The owner was also offered a test run for any recurring issues. Eventually, the owner had a great experience at the Tata Workshop, Gurgaon.
The 2022 Tata Tiago CNG XT looks quite stylish. The CNG model has a 168mm ground clearance (2mm less). It comes with 14-inch stainless steel wheels (175/65r) with Goodyear tires.
