VinFast Signs mTVS for Robust Aftersales Service Network
VinFast Auto India is the Indian arm of the global electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast. myTVS is one of India’s well-known automotive service providers. The collaboration will help VinFast set up 120 Extended Service Workshops. These workshops will support the company’s after-sales operations and make maintenance more accessible for customers. VinFast is also working on building its own dealership and service network in India. The partnership with myTVS adds to these efforts by strengthening the after-sales and charging network. The goal is to ensure customers have easy access to maintenance and repair services.
Through this agreement, myTVS will provide service coverage for VinFast customers across India. The workshops will be equipped with genuine parts and modern diagnostic tools. Technicians will receive special training to maintain service quality. This partnership is part of VinFast’s preparation to enter the Indian electric vehicle market. Both companies plan to work together on expanding the service network, training staff, and improving customer support. The move reflects VinFast’s focus on building a reliable and accessible support system for its future customers in India.
