Check out the price, mileage, images, and colors of the newly launched Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition. It gets some design changes and new color combinations. Mechanically, it remains the same as earlier. The scooter is priced at Rs 57,898 (ex-showroom Delhi). 

Another typical Yamaha over here. Not even the scooters are left to look plain. The latest version, Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition gets all race-derived looks with heavy decals, added color combinations and some racing elements. The Ray Z is focussed more towards comfort, while this one is focused more on sporty looks. The Street Rally Edition is available with almost every Yamaha two-wheeler. The Ray ZR also retails in the market, but this is a sporty edition. Street Rally gets racing elements like knuckle guards and fenders. It continues to run on the 113cc SOHC air-cooled engine. It mainly goes against the Hero Maestro Edge and Honda Dio. The scooter is priced at Rs 57,898 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is around Rs 2,000 costlier than the normal Ray ZR.

The Street Rally is priced at Rs 57,898 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is costlier than the normal ZR by Rs 2,000.

Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition Engine Specifications

The scooter runs on an air-cooled, SOHC, 113cc engine with a CVT unit. The engine produces 7 BHP of power and 8.1 Nm of torque. The fuel tank capacity of the scooter is 5.2 Litres with a reserve capacity of 1 Litre. The mileage recorded on this scooter is around 55 KMPL with a riding range of around 280 Kms.

The scooter comes with a fuel tank capacity of 5.5 Litres and delivers a mileage of around 55 KMPL. The top speed recorded on this scooter is around 89 Km/hr.

The Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally Edition is available in two different colours – Rally Red and Racing Blue. Racing elements of the scooter include a newly designed Wing Style front fairing inspired from Yamaha MT-09, helping as a wind deflector, the new Knuckle Guard protects from windblasts on the handle grip and the movable front fender protects from mud splatter. Alongside features, the Rally Edition also gets detailed graphics, derived from Yamaha’s Rally Edition bikes.

The telescopic front suspension and the unit swing suspension in the back are used on the scooter. Additionally, it gets a 170mm disc brake in the front. Very few 110cc scooters get disc brake options. The scooter weighs relatively lighter at 103 Kgs.

Currently, its other contenders in the 110cc segment include Honda Dio, TVS Jupiter, Suzuki Let’s and Hero Maestro. Although the biggest player in this segment is the Activa 5G, it lacks on graphics and is a plainly clothed scooter.
