Fortunately, many brands now offer CNG variants of their cars. While different models have different USP and features, they all have to compromise on the boot space. Now, a new video by Sushil Nawadkar compares the boot space offered in Tata Tigor CNG and Hyundai Aura CNG. Let’s take a look!
As you can see in the video, the boot of the Tata Tigor CNG has to be opened manually. It comes with hydraulic jacks. The car features a 419 lite boot space. The 60 liters CNG tank can carry up to 10 kg of gas. The company has also added a boot lamp. Additionally, the boot space management is nicely done. On the other hand, the Aura comes with a remote unlock option. It features 405-liter boot space and a 65 liter CNG tank. However, for usage, the Aura has a larger space. There are no hydraulic jacks and boot lamps.
The Tata Tigor XZ CNG is priced at Rs 7.69 Lakh (ex-showroom). It comes in five color options – Daytona Grey, Pure Silver, Arizona Blue, Opal White and Magnetic Red. The 5 seater CNG car is powered by an 1199 cc engine that offers 72.40bhp of power and 95nm of torque. It is paired with a Manual transmission. The highlights include a multi-function Steering Wheel, Power Adjustable Exterior Rear View Mirror, Touch Screen, Automatic Climate Control, Engine Start Stop Button, Anti Lock Braking System, Alloy Wheels, Fog Lights – Front, and Power Windows.
The Hyundai Aura S CNG is priced at Rs 7.74 Lakh (Ex-showroom). It comes in 6 color options – Fiery Red, Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Alpha Blue, Vintage Brown, and Titan Grey. The 5 seater CNG car is powered by an 1197 cc engine that offers 68.05bhp of power and 95nm of torque. It is paired with a Manual transmission.
