Hyundai has revealed the 2023 Grand i10 Nios facelift. Bookings for the new model are underway for a token amount of Rs 11,000. The updated Maruti Swift rival comes with refreshed styling, more safety features (including 4 standard airbags) and a handful of other improvements.ย

2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Styling & Colour Options

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios went on sale in 2019 and was quick to establish a considerably strong foothold in the market. While it carries the tallboy architecture of its predecessors, the more modern design theme helped the hatchback look modern and considerably upmarket. Building upon the original design, the facelift gets a host of revisions that infuse some freshness and even some boldness into the design. The front-end features a new bumper along with a wider grill. The large air dam is flanked by stylish LED DRLs while the projector headlamps complete the upmarket look of the front faรงade. 

Even the rear-end features a revised styling package with new taillamps connected with an LED strip. Other highlights of the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift include R15 diamond cut alloy wheels, sharkfin antenna. The 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS facelift will be available in 6 Monotone Colour Options โ€“ Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, Spark Green, Teal Blue and Fiery Red; as well as 2 Dual Tone colour options – Spark Green with black roof and Polar White with black roof.

Interior & Features

In a fashion typical of Hyundai, the 2023 Grand i10 Nios facelift comes with several segment-leading features that enhance the overall user experience. The highlights include cruise control, Type-C fast USB charger, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, wireless smartphone charger, auto aircon, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice recognition and rear AC vents. The refreshed interior will feature a new grey-coloured upholstery along with footwell lighting to enhance the overall ambiance. 

All variants of the Nios will now offer 4-airbags, while the top-end model will come with 6 airbags. Additionally, the hatchback will be equipped with features such as Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Hill Start Assist Control, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS),  and Parking Assist with Rear Parking Sensors and Rear camera.

Akin to the outgoing model, the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Facelift will be available with two engine options – 1.2 l Kappa petrol with 5 speed manual transmission/AMT, and 1.2 l Kappa petrol + CNG with 5 speed manual transmission. With no change in the specs, the performance and mileage should remain the same as before.
