The post has been uploaded by nishansinghaustralia on Instagram. It captures a reporter showcasing a unique sight. As per the information in the video, these visuals are from Gujarat. Now, we know that Gujarat is home to a ton of industries. For these, there is industry equipment needed frequently. Hence, such sights are quite common on the highways of the state. In this case, there are a number of trucks parked on the side of the road on their way to deliver the heavy machinery.

The reporter mentions that one of these trucks has 320 tyres to distribute the load. Various trailers are attached to one another pulled by a truck to transport the component. There are special permissions needed to carry such an arrangement on the highways. We have reported in the past that, at times, special temporary bridges or other components are needed to be made to facilitate the movement of such commercial vehicles.

Also, it is challenging to get these types of trucks across the toll. Oftentimes, the frame of the outermost toll cabin has to be removed creating enough space for the truck to pass through. Needless to mention, there are additional people at the rear end of the truck to signal the driver if everything is in order. These trucks are accompanied by escort vehicles and are able to travel only a few kilometres every day. Hence, it takes them months to transport such machinery from one place to another.
