Top 5 Upcoming Bikes in 2024 in India

Here is the list of the top 5 upcoming bikes in 2024 in India. The Indian automobile industry is one of the biggest in the world. Two-wheelers play a crucial role in that. That is also the reason why some of the top motorcycle manufacturers in the world are Indian. Customers demand bikes in various segments. Due to the diverse applications, we get to see new or updated motorcycles from time to time. These range from entry-level commuter bikes to sporty and tourer motorcycles. Let us take a look at the details of the soon-to-be-launched bikes in our market.

Let us commence this list with the Honda CBR 150. It will be based on the larger CBR 250. Hence, we can expect an aggressive demeanour with an imposing road presence and a sporty stance. The top highlights of this bike will be dual-channel ABS, TFT display, traction control, riding modes, stiff suspension setup for a spirited performance, USD forks, and LED headlamp. It weighs just 139 kg which makes it possess a great power-to-weight ratio. At the front, the tyre profile will be 100/80, while at the rear, the tyre section is 130/70. Its seat height can be adjusted from 780 – 800 mm. Overall, this would be a great motorcycle for those who are looking for decent mileage and a slightly sporty ride without burning a hole through their pockets.

After the arrival of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z in our market, it is almost imminent that we will witness the RS iteration of the same. This is how Bajaj generally operates. Note that 400cc is the largest engine that a Bajaj motorcycle carries. We saw it on the Dominar for many years and now the NS400Z utilizes it. It will be the case with the RS400 too. Apart from that, it will have tons of modern amenities most of which it will share with the NS400Z. It will borrow design elements from both NS400Z and Dominar. There will also be an LED headlight, LED taillamp and LED turn indicators. Other top amenities include dual-channel ABS, turn-by-turn navigation, ride-by-wire technology, riding modes, traction control, and more. Most other components like the tyre profile and the engine will also be shared with the NS400Z.

The next bike on this list of upcoming bikes in 2024 in India is the Hero XPulse 210. It will be an adventurous bike with prominent off-roading capabilities. This will be based on the XPulse 200 but will carry tons of updates. In fact, it will come with the same engine as the Karizma XMR 210. Therefore, you can expect a thumping performance. The other highlights include an LED headlight, LED taillight, LED turn indicators, colour TFT console, USD forks, and improved off-roading capabilities. It will rival the mighty Royal Enfield Himalayan albeit with a more attractive price point. Hence, if you are looking for a proper adventure motorcycle and are on a strict budget, the Hero XPulse 210 should be on your radar.

Interestingly, there are two TVS bikes on this list. The first one is the TVS Ronin Scrambler. Now, we saw the launch of the Ronin last year. Going forward, we will even get its slightly sportier iteration. As the name suggests, it will be for those who often encounter challenging terrains. While it might not be a full-fledged adventure bike, it will certainly carry those elements over the regular Ronin. The company has revealed prototype sketches of the motorbike. Most features will derive from the regular Ronin. Also, we might see some more amenities to set it apart from the regular model. This could include new tyres, mudguards and other such off-roading elements.

The final product on this list of the top 5 upcoming bikes in 2024 in India is the TVS Fiero 125. The main attraction of this bike will be its attractive price point. Since TVS already sells its Raider 125 in our market, the Fiero 125 will be positioned even below that. Hence, we can expect an almost unbelievable price tag of between Rs 85,000 and Rs 95,000. Clearly, the motorcycle will be geared toward the entry-level commuter segment of the market. People who value affordability and mileage will be the prime customers of the Fiero 125. In terms of tech and features, it will offer more amenities in comparison to something like the Radeon 110. Most importantly, it could offer a mileage upwards of 50-60 km/l. Moreover, it will get USB charging, telescopic front suspension and dual shock absorber at the rear. The bike will rival the TVS Shine 125. I shall keep an eye out for more details in this regard.
