The new Hero VIDA VX2 has finally been launched for the Indian market. In last few years, electric mobility has witness exponential growth. New Hero VIDA VX2 Launched – Specs
The VIDA VX2 is available in two versions – VX2 Plus and VX2 Go. These come with different battery pack options – dual 1.72 kWh and single 2.2 kWh, respectively. Both these batteries are removable and can be charge at home, enhancing the practicality dramatically. The VX2 Plus offers three ride modes – Eco, Ride and Sport, while the VX2 Go only gets the first two modes. The real-world range figures are 142 km and 92 km (IDC test), respectively. Finally, the top speeds are restricted to 80 km/h and 70 km/h, respectively.
The ground clearance is a decent 155 mm and the seat height is 777 mm. It gets 12-inch alloy wheels. The acceleration from 0 to 40 km/h comes up in just 3.1 seconds. Finally, the vehicle warranty is 5 years or 50,000 km, while the battery warranty is 3 years or 30,000 km. With fast charging, the battery goes to 80% in just 60 minutes.
