The two-wheeler giant will launch what it is calling India’s most futuristic 125cc motorcycle on August 19
The new Hero Glamour 125 has officially been teased ahead of the launch. Hero is among the biggest players across a wide range of market segments in India. This is particularly true for the entry-level small-capacity motorcycle categories. Over the years, Hero MotoCorp has been an integral part of the market, ensuring that it sells products for just about every potential customer. That is why it boasts a massive portfolio. New Hero Glamour 125 Teased
The specifics of the teaser stem from heromotocorp on Instagram. Being a teaser, the details are limited. Still, the clear focus is on the digital instrument cluster. That is the highlight of the new 125cc motorcycle. We know that modern buyers want all the tech and convenience amenities in their vehicles. Hence, elements like Cruise Control and a new digital instrument cluster will certainly go a long way in enticing new buyers. Apart from that, the new version will bear significant aesthetic enhancements in comparison to the outgoing model.
The visuals capture the “set speed” function, which indicates Cruise Control, just like on the Karizma XMR. Even the body graphics bear similarities with the Karizma, which is only a good thing. Additionally, the teaser even encapsulates the new tail section with a Karizma-inspired taillamp with indicators on the sides. On the powertrain front, we can expect the same 125cc engine as the current model. This makes 10.68 hp and 10.6 Nm of maximum power and torque, respectively. This mill pairs with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike gets a telescopic fork at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. More details will emerge at the launch.

The 125cc motorcycle segment is extremely popular in India. That has been the case for a long time. The low running costs, high mileage, low maintenance costs and low initial costs are some of the top reasons for this. Hero has done extremely well on the sales charts with the Glamour 125 for a long time now. The introduction of modern amenities will only make it more attractive.
