Hero Passion Pro New Model has been launched. Gets updated engine and new colours
Hero MotoCorp, our country’s largest bike maker and the undisputed leader of entry-level bikes, has just launched the new version of its high selling Passion Pro motorcycle. The Hero Passion Pro new model gets a revised motor, and a set of two new colour options. Other than these two changes, our country’s favorite commuter motorcycle retains its frugal nature, and the proverbial bullet-proof reliability. The launch of the updated Passion Pro follows the Hero Passion Pro TR on/off road bike, which was introduced into our bike market in October last year. Price List
As aforementioned, the Hero Passion Pro new model has gone on sale for INR 50,057 (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Ex-showroom prices for Chennai and Bangalore are INR 49,250 and INR 49,450, respectively.
Styling
The bike gets a front side cowl, and a digital-analog speedo console. The Passion Pro is now available in as many as eight colour options – Black Sports Red, Black Heavy Grey, Black Frost Blue, Sports Red, Force Silver, Bronze yellow, Matte Brown (new) and Majestic White (new).
Specs
Powering the new model Hero Passion Pro is a new 97.2 cc APDV engine that churns out a maximum power of 8.36 PS at 8,000 RPM, and a peak torque of 8.05 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The updated bike gets a larger, 13.5-litres fuel tank. The bike also gets a 240 mm front disc brake at front.
