The updated Kawasaki Versys 1000 has been launched in India for Rs 10.69 Lakhs. It gets a revised styling, new technology and a price cut of around Rs 2 Lakhs.

Owing to the growing popularity of adventure motorcycles, Kawasaki has updated the Versys 1000 in India with a major design overhaul and new technology onboard. It is now priced at Rs 10.69 Lakhs, seeing a price cut of more than Rs 2 Lakhs.

Earlier, Kawasaki Versys 1000 was bought in India as a CBU. However, the brand now brings it through the CKD route and assembles it with the local parts. It has applied the same technique for Ninja 300 and Ninja ZX-6R to lower their prices.
