Tata Harrier Black Edition Launched; Goes For A Price Of Rs 16.76 Lakhs

Finally, the price of Tata Harrier Black Edition has been leaked, as it goes for the same price as that of the top-spec XZ Dual-Tone variant.

The price of the Black Edition is the same as that of the top-spec Dual-Tone XZ variant. The new colour variant is also based on the top-spec variant and is equipped with the same features, but a different set of cosmetic changes.

The Tata Harrier Black edition sports an all-black paint job finish with blacked-out bits like the skid plate, headlamp inserts and alloy wheels as well. Inside the cabin, you get the same all-black leather upholstery with a matte-grey finish for the dashboard.

Other than this colour, Harrier is also available in Calisto Copper, Thermisto Gold, Ariel Silver, Telestro Grey, Orcus White, Calisto Copper Dual Tone and Orcus White Dual Tone colour options. The new colour just looks ravishing and brings out the sportiness out of the already sporty Harrier.

Other than the new colour edition, the Tata Harrier will remain the same. It uses a 2.0 Litre four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 140 BHP and 350 Nm of peak torque. Only a single 6-speed manual transmission is offered with the SUV.

The BS-6 version of Harrier will see the same engine but will then produce 170 BHP instead of 140 BHP on the current one. With the BS-6 engine in line, Tata will also introduce an automatic gearbox as an option.

In other updates about the Harrier, the SUV now officially comes with an electric sunroof as an accessory. For that, the buyers have to pay Rs 95,000 extra along with an installation charger, and you get a 2-year warranty on that.
