This all-yellow Mahindra Thar Roxx is the only one of its kind. Mahindra launched the Thar Roxx in August but the deliveries started a few days ago. While people are uploading their experiences of getting their hands on the new 5-door Thar, some deliveries are much different than others. This latest incident is a perfect case in point. A popular personality has opted for an all-yellow Thar. Interestingly, Mahindra has painted it from the factory, not something you see every day. Let us take a look at the details here.

All-Yellow Mahindra Thar Roxx

This unique off-roading SUV belongs to a certain Swaranjit Singh Bajaj. He is a popular bike enthusiast and has a great social media following. His obsession with the yellow colour is evident in his choice of other vehicles too. Note that he possesses ultra-luxury vehicles like the Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon and Audi SUV, all finished in bright yellow. In fact, he has brought all these vehicles to the Mahindra showroom to take the delivery of the Thar Roxx.

On this occasion, there is a sea of media personnel who want to cover this special occasion. There is the customary cake-cutting ceremony before the Mahindra staff hands over the keys to Swaranjit. He thanks everyone present to witness this momentous occurrence. His companions are seen making vlogs of the inside of this rare Thar Roxx with the all-yellow theme. In fact, the headrests of the seats even get the initials of Swaranjit Bajaj engraved. All these customizations make it the only one of its kind in the world.

Specs

The Mahindra Thar Roxx comes with a new M_GLYDE platform. Under its upright hood sits two powertrain options – a 2.0-litre mStallion turbo petrol mill OR a 2.2-litre mHawk turbo diesel engine. The former produces a respectable 162 PS (MT) / 330 Nm to 177 PS (AT) / 380 Nm, while the latter generates a healthy 163 PS (MT) / 330 Nm and 175 PS / 370 Nm (AT) of peak power and torque, respectively. Performing the transmission duties is a 6-speed manual or an automatic gearbox. The Thar Roxx boasts sophisticated and hardcore 4×4 hardware which can propel the SUV across any terrain. It ranges from Rs 12.99 lakh to Rs 22.49 lakh, ex-showroom.
