In terms of looks, the SR 125 looks much like its 150cc sibling. The only visual difference arises out of the different set of stickers and a new paint scheme. The Aprilia SR 125 gets its juice from a 125cc single-cylinder engine that comes along with a CVT. This motor outputs 9.5 BHP and 8.2 Nm.

Aprilia SR125 India Launch Price

The Aprilia SR125 should launch by the end of this financial year. Once launched the new scooter will go on to rival everything from a Honda Activa 125 to Piaggio Vespa 125 series.  Expect prices to start at roughly Rs 60,000. This simply means the upcoming 125cc automatic scooter in India will cost significantly lesser than its 150cc sibling. Currently, the SR150 is on sale at a starting price of Rs 68,806 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The scooter’s ‘Race Edition’ costs Rs 71,923 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The racy new scooter will go on to rival some well-established models like the Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125 and Suzuki Access 125.
