After the Dominar and the Pulsar, Bajaj has announced a price hike across its range due to increased input costs. The Avenger 22 series remains unaffected.

Bajaj recently hiked the price of the Dominar 400 by Rs. 6,000. Then it was the Pulsar 150 to receive a price hike up to Rs. 2,950. Now Bajaj has announced a price hike for most of its model range including the Pulsar line-up, Discover range and even the entry-level Platina motorcycles. However, the Avenger 220 series remains unaffected with this price hike. Hero MotoCorp too announced a price hike of its range of motorcycles by 1% recently.

Meanwhile, Bajaj has quite a few important launches lined up ahead of them. There’s the long expected Bajaj Pulsar 125 which replaces the previous Pulsar 135 and is expected to go in sale in the following weeks. The Pular 125 borrows a lot of styling cues from the Pulsar 150 classic. Bajaj is also working on an electric scooter called the Urbanite which will also mark Bajaj’s entry into the electric two wheeler space.
