Bihar Police Gets 383 Mahindra Bolero SUVs

The job of the Police department will become much easier with the help of additional automobiles at their disposal. Most of these SUVs will replace the older models. The new SUVs will ensure that the Bihar Police achieves both its targets in 2024 – Mission Investigation@75Days and Mission Suraksha.

Specs

Mahindra Bolero has been one of the top-selling products for the Indian carmaker for years now. In its latest avatar, it comes with a potent 1.5-litre diesel engine which generates a decent 75 hp and 210 Nm of peak power and torque. The transmission duties are carried by a 5-speed manual gearbox. The SUV can carry 7 passengers. In the case of a Police vehicle, there might be some additional changes made inside the cabin and outside to ensure that it comes equipped with all that the department needs.
