Mahindra Scorpio N is the premium and luxurious version of the age-old Scorpio that comes with the latest equipment and tech features.
In an exclusive report, the first batch of the Mahindra Scorpio N reaches dealers. This includes the top trim Z8 Luxury variants in large numbers. Also, there are both 2WD and 4WD configurations in the first lot. Mahindra must’ve planned the deliveries according to the bookings and demand to prevent long waiting periods. Most people might have opted for the 4WD version which is available at the top trim level.

Mahindra Scorpio N Reaches Dealers
The Scorpio N comes in the 4WD system with the Z8L variant in manual and automatic variants only. A lot of buyers are looking at the 4WD Scorpio N as an affordable alternative to the now exorbitantly expensive Toyota Fortuner. This could be the people who wanted a Ford Endeavour but since it is no more produced in India, they might well opt for something like a Scorpio. It is quite comparable in size to the large SUVs and boasts a ton of sophisticated off-roading equipment. The Mahindra Scorpio N comes with a 2.0-litre mStallion direct-injection turbo petrol engine that produces 200 PS and 380 Nm, a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine that produces 132 PS / 300 Nm in lower variant, and a massive 175 PS / 400 Nm of peak power and torque on higher variants. There are manual and automatic transmission options to choose from along with the 4×4 drivetrain. The prices of the Mahindra Scorpio N range between Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 23.90 lakh, ex-showroom.

One also has the option to choose from the 7-seater or the 6-seater variants. For people looking for utmost comfort, the 6-seat version offers captain seats for the second row.
