Ford Figo Facelift top-end variant prices slashed by Rs 39,000

Prices of Ford Figo Facelift have been revised just a month after its launch. The top end variant is now cheaper, but the base variant is costlier.

The top-end Titanium variant from the lineup of Ford Figo has received a major price cut of up to Rs 39,000. The base variant, Ambiente, however, receives a price hike. Both the petrol and diesel variants receive the price revision.

It now starts off at Rs 5.23 Lakhs going up to Rs 7.7 Lakhs (ex-showroom). The new Figo is available in Titanium, Ambiente and Blu variants, the latter being the latest in the range.

The top-end and mid trims of the Figo are more popular than the base variant. That’s why the price cut came in order, to encourage more buyers for the top variant.

Following is the updated price list of all the variants with their price differences:

Top-end variants Titanium AT and Titanium MT (P) have received the maximum price hike of Rs 39,000. Both the variants are now available at an even attractive price.

Ford Figo Facelift gets a new 1.2 Litre TiVCT petrol engine, that is capable of delivering 95 BHP and 120 Nm of peak torque. The engine pairs up with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The existing 1.5 Litre petrol and diesel engines are still continued. The diesel engine delivers 99 BHP and 215 Nm of torque. The petrol unit is only available on the AT variant, which chugs out 123 BHP.

Figo goes against the likes of Tata Tiago, Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 and Honda Brio.
