Honda Elevate Signature Black Edition

Special edition versions of cars are a way for customers to buy a unique model with factory-fitted equipment

The Signature Black Edition of the Honda Elevate has been showcased in this latest video. Note that the SUV is available in two new variants – Black Edition and Signature Black Edition. Elevate belongs to one of the most crowded market spaces in our country. It rivals the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and other worthy products. To stand out from the crowd, the Japanese car marque has introduced a more sporty iteration of the Elevate. Note that there are a few aesthetic alterations to set it apart from the regular trim.

Honda Elevate Signature Black Edition Detailed

This video stems from Anubhav Chauhan on YouTube. The host has the Signature Black Edition of the Honda Elevate with him. At the front, the first thing you will notice is the black grille with a black strip with connected LED headlamps. The LED DRLs act as eyebrows to the main headlamps. Down below, the sporty bumper houses LED fog lamps on the extreme ends. Moving down the sides enables a glance at the 17-inch alloy wheels with black paint. The only silver element is the roof rails. Even the side body claddings and wheel arches are black and so are the door handles. Finally, the tail section comprises of a shark fin antenna, spoiler, sporty bumper with silver cladding and connected LED taillamps.

Specs and Price

There is no mechanical change to the Black Edition models of the Honda Elevate. Hence, these continue to draw power from a familiar 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine which produces a healthy 121 PS and 145 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine pairs with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox. Honda claims a mileage of 15.31 km/l with the manual and 16.92 km/l with the CVT automatic. The engine and transmission options are the same as the City.
