The Scorpio N features vertical slats finished in chrome at the front, a redesigned bonnet hood without the air ducts, C-shaped LED DRLs surrounding the fog lamps on the bumper, dual-LED lights integrated into the projector LED headlamp cluster, beefy skid plate, elegant alloy wheels, side step for enhanced ingress and egress, functional roof rails, silver side body skirting, chrome belt under the window line that looks like the erstwhile XUV500, a vertically stacked LED taillamp setup with a sporty bumper at the rear. The exterior of the Mahindra Scorpio N bears resemblance to the erstwhile XUV500.

The XUV700, on the other hand, is a handsome-looking SUV with aggressive styling and a familiar silhouette to the erstwhile XUV500. The front end has a massive LED headlamp cluster with C-shaped LED DRLs, and a large grille with vertical chrome slats, imposing road presence because of the SUV-ish dimensions and layout. The tail section is even more appealing with a carved-out angular boot lid and sleek LED taillamps. The XUV700 is definitely the louder of the two in terms of appearance, while the Meridian is the understated one.
