The country’s largest car maker, Maruti Suzuki, has introduced a limited edition variant of the Celerio hatchback called the Celerio VXi+ in time for the festive.
The Celerio VXi+ package is offered with the standard VXi and LXi trims and gets additional equipment on the inside with a few minor cosmetic updates. The limited edition Celerio VXi+ is being offered at an additional cost of Rs. 13,990 for equipment costing close to Rs. 20,000 at the dealer level.
The Maruti Suzuki Celerio VXi+ offers additional features such as:
Exterior
- Body coloured ORVMs with integrated turn signal
- Body coloured door handles
Interior
- JVC 2-DIN music system with multiple speakers
- Central Locking
The special edition features no mechanical changes and gets the 1-litre four cylinder petrol engine producing 67 BHP and 98 Nm of torque mated to a 5 speed manual or an AMT automatic transmission.
Maruti is going all out to woo customers this Diwali. First launching the Swift and Dzire facelifts. The Ciaz sedan will be launched in OCtober 2014 and the whole range of cars will get limited editions to keep people interested.
