Hero Xtreme NXT Teaser Image Hints at a 30 January Launch Date

Hero MotoCorp ,ย the most popular bike manufacturer in the country, will soon launch the highly anticipated (and the much delayed) Xtreme 200S. Expected to be called as the new Hero Xtreme NXT, the 200cc version of the Xtreme will make its debut in the production form in an event in New Delhi today. Subsequently, this motorcycle will be even put on a show at the Auto Expo 2018. In all likelihood, the new motorcycle will go on sale at a starting price of around Rs 95,000. At such a price point, the NXT will go on to rival products such as the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and the TVS Apache RTR200 4V. Our guess is that the new Xtreme NXT will be high on features and will offer a single-channel ABS, at least as an optional extra. While we will bring to you the LIVE updates from the official event in a few hours, you can find all the available details on the 2018 Hero Xtreme NXT on this page.

The Xtreme NXT started its life as the Xtreme 200S at the Auto Expo 2016. Since then, there have been many rumours regarding the launch of the new product. Now, finally, it looks like the company is ready to launch the new 200cc motorcycle in the market. The 2018 Hero Xtreme NXT looks all set to become the new flagship in the manufacturer’s product portfolio. It may be noted here that the Karizma twins have been taken off the shelves owing to poor demand.

The entry-level motorcycles from Hero are known for their really frugal nature. Of course, the 200S, nay, the NXT won’t be a match toย those commuters in the fuel mileage department, but, nevertheless, it’s likely to offer a considerably high mileage for a bike of its class.
