Harrier has been a prominent product in the segment but an updated version has been due for a long time now.

The 2023 iteration of the Tata Harrier will come equipped with ADAS functions. Harrier made quite an impact on the Indian automobile market in 2019 when it was first launched. It is fair to say that the industry has not been the same ever since. There are other products like the Mahindra XUV700, the new Scorpio, and MG Hector to ruin the party for the Harrier. That is the reason why it needs an update and a touch of modernization in order to stay in the game.

There are many reports floating on the internet about the fact that the upcoming version of the Harrier will come powered by ADAS functions. It has, sort of, become the norm in the segment. In fact, products like the MG Astor already offer Level 2 ADAS functions and are priced significantly lower than the Harrier. Therefore, it is only natural that Tata Motors doesn’t fall out of the race. In the recent spied images, a radar was seen at the front grille of the SUV. It signifies the presence of ADAS functions.
