4 People Stand Out of Sunroof of Kia Carnival

Kia Carnival is a premium MPV with a ton of space for carrying large families or loads of luggage and comes with a dual-panel sunroof.

In a shocking video, we see 4 people hanging out of the sunroof of a Kia Carnival. Kia has been the most successful foreign carmaker in the country having achieved over 8 lakh cumulative sales in 41 months of operations in India. While Seltos, Sonet and Carens are primary contributors to that number, Carnival has been doing quite well for itself in its segment as well. Its premium features and cabin and bold looks in addition to the practicality of being an MPV are some of the reasons for its healthy success.

4 People Hang Out of Kia Carnival’s Sunroof

This post has been shared by cyrusdhabhar on Instagram. The caption reads, “Gangnam Style hit 1 billion views on YouTube 10 years ago to this day. Congratulations to Psy from Cy.” While they might be praising the hit music video, they are risking their lives at the same time. There are 4 people hanging out of the sunroof of a moving car. This is possible as Kia offers a dual-panel sunroof in the Carnival to elevate the premium quotient.

Hanging out of the sunroofs of moving cars can be utterly perilous. First of all, if the driver applies sudden brakes (which is possible in everyday driving scenarios), the passengers can get hurt by hitting their chest against the sunroof panel. In worse cases, passengers could even be thrown out of the vehicle. Secondly, and this is something that a lot of people ignore, by standing out of the sunroof, passengers block the sight of the vision of other drivers who are driving behind the car.

As a result, their visibility is hindered to some extent which could easily turn dangerous. In fact, there are traffic laws against standing out of the sunroof of a car and doing so will attract penalties and investigation. Therefore, we would like to advise our readers not to get out of the sunroof while the car is in motion. You would park the car on the side of the road and enjoy the views if you so wish. But doing so in a moving car is dangerous for everyone around you.
