BS6 Renault Kwid just gets updated engines and nothing else. Recently, Renault launched the facelift to the Kwid. The hatch gets reshaped front and rear bumpers, new headlamp styling, new tail lamp units and new alloy wheels as well.

Inside the cabin, there are minor changes made to the dashboard and gets a new fully digital speedometer. Features on the top-spec trim include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Rear Parking Camera and all-four Power Windows.

The 800cc three-cylinder petrol engine of Kwid produces 54 BHP and 72 Nm of peak torque. The bigger 1.0 Litre three-cylinder petrol motor produces 68 BHP and 91 Nm of peak torque. You get the option of a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT, but the 800cc variants only get the manual gearbox.
