Honda has launched the BS6 Grazia 125 which is powered by the same 125cc engine of the Activa 125. There has been cosmetic updates with a few new features as well but it is now Rs 13,000 more expensive than its launch price.

Honda has added yet another scooter to its lineup of BS6 125cc scooters in India. Honda launched the BS6 Grazia 125 for a price of Rs 73,336, ex-showroom. The BS6 Grazia 125 is based on the Activa 125 but with BS6 compliance, it is now Rs 13,000 more expensive than the original launch price of the scooter. The Deluxe variant is now priced at Rs 80,978 and there are four color options to chose from yellow, red, blue and grey.

The BS6 Grazia 125 has also received some cosmetic updates. It looks a lot more sharper than before with new LED headlights and LED DRLs similar to those seen on the Honda Dio. New additions also include a pass light switch and an external fuel-filler cap, much like it has been introduced on rest of Honda’s scooter range. We have got to admit that the new Grazia is one of the best looking scooters around, particularly in this bright yellow color.

Honda has also improved on the ergonomics of the scooter. The under-seat storage and the glove box have been redesigned to offer more space. Honda is even offering a special 6-year warranty package (3 years standard + 3 years optional extended warranty) on the new BS6 Grazia.

The BS6 Honda Grazia is powered by the same 125cc engine that does duty on the Honda Activa 125. The engine produces 8.29PS of power at 6000rpm and 10.3Nm of peak torque at 5000rpm. With the BS6 update, Honda has added fuel injection and auto start/stop tech on the Grazia and that should also make it a little more fuel efficient. The CVT transmission remains unchanged from before.

Braking duties are performed by 190mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum brakes and CBS comes as standard. For suspension, the Grazia uses telescopic forks at the front and three-step preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear.
