Hyundai Creta E vs EX Differences

Exterior Comparison

The vlogger starts from the outside to where the only difference that is visible is the black skid plates in the E variant compared to the Silver Finished skid plates in the EX trim. There are no fog lamps on offer on either trim. The sides feature the turn indicator on the fender on the E trim and on the ORVM on the EX trim. The side running board is also finished in silver on the EX trim compared to black on the E trim. The EX variant gets the Shark Fin Antenna compared to a micro-Antenna on the E variant. There is a difference of black or silver finish on the rear skid plates as well. Apart from that, both these trims get Projector headlamps with LED DRLs and similar rear taillamps brake light lines running across the width of the boot lid.

Interior Comparison

The differences in the interior are more extensive. Compared to the EX trim, the E misses out on features like a Digital Touchscreen Infotainment System, Electrically Adjustable ORVMs, Sunglass Holder, Reading Lights, Tyre Pressure Warning System, Bootlamp, USB Charging Port, Height Adjustable Driver Seat, Music System with 6 Speakers, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These are some of the features that one can get for Rs 1 lakh more than the base E variant. None of the two gets a 60:40 split at the rear which hampers the utility and practicality. The overall design of the dashboard and interior cabin remains the same in both these trims.

Hyundai Creta E vs EX Price Difference

The Creta E is the entry-level variant that costs Rs 9.99 lakh, compared to Rs 10.96 lakh, ex-showroom for the EX variant. The difference of approximately Rs 1 lakh gives us plenty of usable and much-needed features and we think it is worth buying for sure. The value for money proposition that the EX trim brings to the table is certainly enough to go for the EX trim. The overall prices for the Hyundai Creta range go up to Rs 17.70 lakh, ex-showroom. We hope that this detailed comparison between the Creta E and EX trims will help you make your decision with ease.
