Murali, the founder, established the company in 2009 with his wife. The video is a testament to Murali’s commitment to reciprocate the support shown by many of his employees throughout the organization’s journey. The video even shows the diverse range of cars being given. The range includes many popular models from Maruti Suzuki such as Baleno, Ignis, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Swift, Brezza, and Ertiga. Speaking to media, Murali, says, “My partner and I have been holding all the shares. We have now decided to convert the shares, providing 33 percent of the shares to long-term employees. We also started the wealth-sharing program by which we decided to give 50 cars to our employees.” Murali expresses his gratitude towards employees who have stood by him through thick and thin since the company’s inception. He wishes to pay back for their unwavering support materialized in the form of gifting cars to these loyal individuals.
